Jeannette K. Ruffins, MSW is Chief Executive Officer of Homeward NYC. Before joining Homeward NYC in 2018, Jeannette was Senior Vice President of Housing at Bailey House, responsible for a housing portfolio of over 500 units of congregate and scattered-site housing, and placement for homeless persons including LGBTQ young adults, people living with HIV/AIDS, post-incarcerated adults, and persons living with mental illness and addiction. She has over 25 years of administrative and clinical experience designing and providing services for vulnerable populations. She currently serves on the board of Homeless Services United, New York City’s largest coalition of nonprofit agencies serving persons experiencing homelessness.
